Annual KW Swim Team Spring Banquet - April 11, 2025

Join us at the Annual KW Swim Team Spring Banquet on Friday, April 11, 2025.

When:  Friday, April 11, 2025, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 
(Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The program, followed by dinner, starts at 6:00 p.m.)

Where:  Pittsburgh Field Club

Cost:  $40 per parent/guardian   |   $0 per KW Swim Team swimmer
Due to space limitations, we are unable to admit non-KW swimmer siblings to the banquet.

Dress Code:  Please note the Field Club's dress code. No t-shirts, jeans/denim, or sweatpants.

Food & Beverages: A buffet dinner will be served, and a cash bar will be available. 

Volunteer Opportunities:  We have a limited number of volunteer opportunities at this event. Review opportunities and sign up for a job here. This is the final opportunity of the season to volunteer and fulfill your VIF credits. Please only sign up if you still need to fulfill your VIFs for this season.

RSVP for the Spring Banquet Now

Please RSVP by April 1, 2025 even if you cannot attend the banquet. This provides us with an accurate head count and helps with planning. RSVP early, as we may need to close RSVP's early if we reach capacity.
