ISCA Fall Classic - Travel Swim Meet Details - Nov. 15 - 17 - Hampton, VA

KW is on the Road to Hampton, VA for the 2024 ISCA Fall Classic!
November 15-17, 2024

Join us November 14 - 17, 2024 for the 2024 ISCA Fall Classic - a team travel meet! Please RSVP by October 1, 2024.

We have chartered a Lenzner Motorcoach for this event. All swimmers are welcome to ride the bus; however, swimmers who are 12 years old and younger will need to be accompanied by a parent if they choose to ride the bus. We have also booked a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Hampton-Newport News. 

  • Swimmers ages 9 to 18 may participate in this meet.
  • Chaperones are needed for the bus and hotel depending on the number of swimmers. Expenses will be covered. Space is limited. Email [email protected] if you are interested in chaperoning.
  • We will apply and charge a $225 deposit to accounts and on 11/01/2024. We expect individual total costs for swimmers riding the bus and rooming with teammates to be approximately $500. Final charges, including the travel meet surcharge, will be applied after the meet. Please see Travel Meet Fees for more information.
  • KW is bringing 40+ athletes to this meet, therefore the meet entry fees have been lowered to $115 per swimmer. This includes all individual events and relays. Each swimmer will swim the maximum number of events, as one qualifying time allows for eight bonus events! All swimmers will compete in all preliminary sessions. 
  • This trip allows parents (of 13 and older swimmers) the option of staying home while the team travels to and from VA on the charter bus. You may however transport and stay with your swimmer. Swimmers who are 13 and older will have the option of rooming with teammates.
  • The KW Bus will depart from the Waterworks Mall Cinemas lot (back parking lot by Panera rear entrance) at 1:00 pm on Thursday, 11/14. We will return on Sunday, 11/17 in the evening. There are no finals on Sunday, 11/17, so the swimmers will depart for home after prelims. Pick-up will also be at the Waterworks Mall Cinemas lot (back parking lot by Panera rear entrance).
