Your Swimmer’s Skill Group Level
We assign each swimmer to a specific Skill Group Level.
- Learn about the skills your swimmer will acquire and need to advance to the next level.
- Review practice and meet expectations for your child’s Skill Group.
- Each group will have its own lead KW Swim Coach.
Purchase Required Equipment & Additional Apparel
We require each Skill Group to have specific equipment for the season. Please purchase required equipment by the first day of practice. You also may purchase additional, optional apparel.

Practice Schedule
- Visit our Practice Calendars page to view your swimmer’s specific Skill Group calendar and to subscribe to it and import it into your personal calendar app of choice. (Not all practice dates may be entered yet.)

Meet Schedule
When and where are swim meets? How do I sign up my swimmer for meets?
- View meets that are already scheduled to mark your calendars.
- Before each meet, we will send an email with detailed information about the meet and how to RSVP to the meet (attend/decline).

Parent Volunteer Requirements
KW is a non-profit, year-round swim club that is operated by parent volunteers and parent-funded.
- Sign up for jobs to ensure your family meets the season’s volunteer requirements and to avoid an end-of-season VIF fee.
- Watch for emails throughout the season listing available jobs and how you can sign up.
- Learn more about Parent Involvement and the Volunteer Incentive Fee, and watch for volunteer sign-ups via email to fulfill your family’s required credits.

- Meet Mobile: Search for swim meets to track your swimmer’s times as the meet unfolds. Flag swimmers and/or teams as “favorites” and then easily filter to see completed results and upcoming schedules. Available for a fee monthly or annually.
- OnDeck: Access your KW account, events, meet times, news, jobs, and more. Available for free. Download and sign in using your KW website username and password.
