Annual KW Swim Team Spring Banquet - Sunday, April 14, 2024

​We invite all KW Swim Team families to join us for our Annual KW Swim Team Spring Banquet on Sunday, April 14, 2024, 5:00 p.m. at Pittsburgh Field Club, 121 Field Club Road, Pittsburgh PA 15238.

A buffet dinner will be served and a cash bar will be available. All registered KW swimmers attend free of charge. Guests over the age of 12 are $33, and guests 12 and under are $15.

At the banquet, we will recognize our swimmers and coaches and distribute the team gift. If a swimmer cannot attend the banquet, but would still like to receive a team gift, please email [email protected] to make arrangements for pick-up. Part of the team gift is a t-shirt. Please ensure that the t-shirt size we have on file from registration in the fall is accurate. (Sign into your kwswimming.com account to check the size entered.) If you would like to change the size, please email [email protected] to let us know what size you would like. Please email only if there is a change.

Please RSVP via this Google Form by Friday, March 22, 2024. Please complete the form even if you cannot attend the banquet. This provides us with an accurate head count and helps with planning.

Please note the dress code required at the Field Club.
