How to Ensure You Receive KW Text Alerts, Emails & Announcements

To ensure you stay "in the know" with all the Killer Whales news and updates, tap into these tips and resources today!

 

1. Get KW Emails and Urgent Text Alerts

  • Sign in to the KW Website. Select "Sign In" or your name at the top, right of the page.
  • On the left, black column, select My Account > Account Info.
  • Under "Account Login Email," ensure your email address is correct. (Add any additional emails using the "Alternate Email" input fields.)
  • Ensure you have a current and verified Mobile/SMS number so you receive urgent KW Text Alerts.
  • Select the green "Save" button to save your updates.

 

2. Ensure KW Emails Are Not Blocked or Marked as SPAM

Please add the following email addresses to your personal email account “Contacts” list to ensure you receive emails from KW:
